Recent activities include cabaret night, cards, a tour of the CBC and a Christmas Dinner at Sleepy Hollow Country Club. The purpose of the United Church Women is to unite women of the congregation for the total mission of the church and to provide a medium through which they may express their loyalty and devotion to Jesus Christ in Christian witness, study, fellowship and service. The Stouffville United Church Choir is a group of singers committed to bringing the joy of music to weekly worship services. We sing a wide range of music at varying levels of difficulty, however, our main goal is to share our love of music with the congregation. The Choir is always happy to welcome new singers who share their passion and commitment to meaningful music. A strong music background is not required, nor is a firm, weekly commitment. We rehearse on Thursday evenings at 7 pm and Sunday mornings in the Davis Room at 9:30am. Gathering in each others homes on a weekday evening, books are selected, read, and discussed. The evenings always include good food and good fellowship as friendships are deepened and faith is strengthened. This group occasionally sponsors events during the year, such as a Ladies Christmas Brunch
