Our Christmas Eve service is a Narration and Musical story telling of that first Christmas Night so long ago. Cantata selections will be shared by Courtney Britton and the Stouffville United Virtual Choir.
Prayer
On this December night, we come, O God. The deepness of night is the contrast by which we perceive light. At night, even the feeble flickering of a candle flame shows us the 3 way. We come to shine our own light, joining with the light of Christ to blaze forth as one. In our Spirited sharing of light, may we find our unity and our purpose, gathered to witness to your light in the oddest and most perfect of places – a humble manger in a lowly stable in a small town. On this December night, we come, O God, to welcome your child, Jesus, Light of the World.

Thank you for this wonderful Christmas Eve treasure. I was feeling a little depressed living alone. I usually am so involved with music and church at this time of year. Thank you and God bless all of you.
Wonderful service! I have to admit that I watched it on New Year’s Eve. It was so wonderful to see all those familiar faces, and listen to Rev. Elizabeth. The choir is amazing. The video is professionally produced.
